The United Women in Faith have ALWAYS stepped up to the challenge and we are so grateful! In the spring of 2024, the United Women in Faith individuals and units pulled together and raised $6,704.50 to become the presenting sponsor of the 20th Annual Festival of Quilts.

Their generous Tribute Gifts honored the legacy of the United Women in Faith and our wonderful quilt tradition that is so close to our hearts. The overall proceeds from this year’s Festival of Quilts have given us one million reasons to celebrate, marking a significant milestone in the Festival’s long history. An impressive $77,817 was raised, our second highest total ever, and pushed us over the $1 million mark raised in our 20 years.

The support of the women continues to make a profound impact on our mission, enriching the lives of the youth and families we serve. Some of the proceeds from the Festival have already been put to great use, including:

  • weighted blankets and other sensory items for newly admitted youth;
  • prom decorations and dinner to help give our residential high school youth a night to remember;
  • a new smart board for a classroom at our Noel Education Center;
  • emergency dental work for a youth;
  • rent assistance for a young adult and her daughter who were facing housing instability;
  • therapy sessions at our HopeSprings Counseling Services for a child whose parents did not have private insurance and the services were not covered by Medicaid

We could not bring hope and healing to youth and families facing difficult life circumstances, without their support. Thank you United Women in Faith for being with us then, now and always.
