About the event

This event takes place in-person and online.

The Festival includes a collection of show quilts that creatively blur the lines between conventional quilt making and fine art. Beautiful quilts of all sizes are also available to purchase. Participants may also enjoy home-baked goods from the bake sale, handcrafted items from the gift shop, home decor with centerpieces and such and more! Admission to the Festival is a suggested $5 donation per person and all proceeds will benefit the 846 youth and families Cunningham serves each year. The show includes:

  • A quilt show, with hand and machine quilted pieces including contemporary designs as well as antique quilts on loan for display and admiration
  • A quilt sale, featuring beautiful traditional and contemporary quilts and wall hangings
  • Centerpieces and such, with unique and decorative items our supporters have decorated, enhanced and “made their own” available for purchase
  • A gift shop, packed with generously donated handcrafted items
  • A bake sale, with delicious homemade goodies and treats
  • Campus tours of Cunningham’s Urbana campus to learn more about the mission and ministry of Cunningham Children’s Home

We celebrate a tradition that offers warmth, comfort, and hope to the youth at Cunningham.
